Description   The Epicurean Carving Series is designed specifically for carving roasts and fowl. A unique diamond studded surface holds the meat in place for cutting. An inner juice trough will contain much of the juice and an outer juice groove will prevent the rest from reaching your countertop. The  weight of this surface feels good under the knife and is easy to clean and will not harbor bacteria.
