We bought a couple of months ago. I love that my groceries last longer in the fridge. It's not quite as big as I would like it but for our small space to fit it in it will do.

Good looking

I've owned this for around 4 months at the time of writing this review. So far I have no complaints. Runs quiet and everything operates smoothly. The only small issue I have is with the buttons that switch water operations. They're a bit clunky and require precise finger placement. Also, the water dispenser tube should be placed within the same chute that the ice comes out of. The tube sits in front of the ice chute resulting in water shooting over the glass on onto the floor if you're not paying attention.

Good overall but can not fix NOISE!

Product is good overall. Freezer shelving arrangement is somewhat restrictive. The unit was quiet initially but started running very loud during cooling cycle. I called whirlpool to arrange for repair and the service man came out the next morning. He was somewhat rude and did not listen to my concerns. He said I had put something against the inside wall and it was vibrating. Finally he opened up the back of the unit and told me the water hose was against the air compressor, and "fixed" it. The water line was leaking but he refused to check it (the joint just needed to be tightened). He told me the problem was fixed but it started making the noise again shortly after. I've found that if I give the freezer wall a "smack" the noise stops.
