Has my order shipped?
    Items going out via US Mail, UPS, or Fed EX are shipped the next business day that the order is received. If you purchased a major appliance you will be contacted the next business day to schedule delivery or to arrange pick up. Major appliance orders cannot be changed without a fee after 2PM the day prior to the scheduled delivery.

When will my backorder arrive?
    If an item is backordered you will be notified within 48 hours of your order confirmation that the item is backordered and when you might expect the item to arrive.
